Titan Brands Hospitality Group in Partnership with Sysco Foods and Central Christian Church, Launches ‘NOBODY GOES HUNGRY’ Campaign to Feed Las Vegas Employees of Local Restaurants

Titan Brands Hospitality Group, in partnership with Central Christian Church and Sysco Foods, launched the Nobody Goes Hungry campaign to help our local Las Vegas restaurants, bar and nightlife operators feed their employees during the pandemic.

This past Saturday, volunteers from Central Christian Church provided food for more than 80 households to employees of several local restaurants including Burger Bar, Minus 5 Ice Lounge, Carson Kitchen, Hussong’s Cantina Mandalay Place, Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen and Bar, and Hussong’s Cantina Boca Park.

“Nobody knows how this will all come to an end, but we all know it will be a long road to ‘normal,’ says Scott Frost, President of Titan Brands Hospitality Group and organizer of the Nobody Goes Hungry campaign.  “It’s crucial now that during the crisis AND it’s recovery that we donate to those that are going to need the most help until we get back on our feet. Tens of thousands of restaurant, bar, and nightlife employees including  servers, bartenders, line cooks, dishwashers, bussers, greeters, managers and more have found themselves suddenly out of work. They rely on tourists and local customers to keep their families fed.”

The campaign’s goal is to sustain the ability to feed 500+ service industry households a week with 30-40 lbs of groceries with each “pop up” drive-through that will be held on Saturday evenings from 5 PM to 7 PM.

“Just left Central from picking up goodie bags of groceries, and I have to say these organizations and families are SO darn generous and heartwarming. We’re very grateful and I will be sharing with family members that are not feeling well and have stayed at home. Love you all!” texted a participant from Carson Kitchen.

Restaurants looking to help feed their employees can send an email to info@NobodyGoesHungry.com as supplies are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Nobody Goes Hungry campaign needs food donations and monetary donations in order to keep feeding service industry families. Its goal is to raise $100,000 and is confident the generous Las Vegas community will step up to contribute.
