Todd English Makes Return to Fine Dining With New Restaurant Inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Opening Late 2020
World-famous celebrity chef, Todd English, will make his return to the Las Vegas dining scene with a new, original concept at the new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The restaurant opening is set to coincide with the grand opening of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in late 2020.
“I’m thrilled to partner with JC Hospitality, LLC and Virgin Hotels Las Vegas,” remarked Todd English. “The concept is still evolving, but I envision that it will be fun, casual and modern. It will reflect the energy of the property.”
Todd English has had a decades-long history in Las Vegas with successful restaurants up-and-down the Las Vegas Strip. Todd English’s latest culinary eatery will open in the space formally occupied by AJ’s Steakhouse/35 Steaks + Martinis. The new dining experience will perfectly align with Virgin Hotels Las Vegas’ exciting design innovation featuring an inspired menu that will take guests on a palate-pleasing journey.
