UnCommons and Burke Construction Group Start Deliveries to All 14 Las Vegas Valley Hospitals, Starting with 300 Dinners from Piero’s Italian Cuisine for Healthcare Professionals at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center
Matter Real Estate Group, the community-minded development firm behind UnCommons, along with Las Vegas-based Burke Construction Group, will deliver free meals to healthcare workers at all 14 Las Vegas Valley hospitals starting with Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
The meals will be prepared by some of Las Vegas’ favorite restaurants, starting tomorrow evening with 300 classic spaghetti and meatballs dinners made with San Marzano tomatoes, basil and parmesan from Piero’s Italian Cuisine and slices of marbled coffee cake from Urth Caffé.
Other restaurants that will be providing meals include Lotus of Siam and Sushi Kame.
Representatives from all of the companies will be onsite assisting with the deliveries, including Kevin Burke, president and CEO of Burke Construction Group, and Evan Glusman from Piero’s Italian Cuisine.
