Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa Las Vegas saw a wave of high-profile athletes this week, starting with two of the biggest names in boxing: Claressa Shields and Terence Crawford. The undefeated champions dined together in private and even posed for a photo in the kitchen- just the two of them, no fanfare needed. Shields, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and 17-time world champion, holds the title of undisputed heavyweight champion. Crawford, widely regarded as one of the greatest boxers in history, remains undefeated at 41-0 and is gearing up for a massive bout against Canelo Alvarez this September- a fight expected to dominate global headlines.

Also seen staying at Circa Resort & Casino and dining at Barry’s were “Ash by Elegance” and Ulysses Diaz. Ash, formerly known as Dana Brooke in WWE and now signed with TNA Wrestling, recently captured the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles in El Paso. She currently holds three titles across different promotions. Her husband, Ulysses Diaz, a former bare-knuckle fighter, just made his debut in the new Dirty Boxing Championship under Jon Jones and Mike Perry.

He headlined the event and scored a first-round knockout in just 1 minute and 22 seconds, making an explosive entrance to the league. They were in Vegas to celebrate Uly’s birthday and attend Pitbull’s concert at Fontainebleau. Pitbull surprised his friends by singing Happy Birthday to Uly from the stage during his concert.

UNLV football standout and NFL Draft prospect Ricky White was also spotted enjoying dinner with friends. Chef Barry personally curated the table’s experience, beginning with signature starters like Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Braised Short Rib Ravioli, and the Chilled Shellfish Platter. The group followed up with showstopping entrées including the 48oz Mishima Reserve Tomahawk Ribeye, Robbins Porterhouse, Flambé Lobster, and an assortment of sides. They wrapped the night with a trio of Barry’s signature desserts: Toffee Cake, Banana Cream Pie, and the Cinnamon Bun. Before leaving, White snapped a photo with Chef Barry inside the famous Meat Locker.
