In recognition of national waterpark day, Cowabunga Bay, cools off guests with more than 20 slides and attractions, including the largest lazy river in Nevada, 9 water slides, 4 surf and swim pools, and an interactive kids play area with 10 pint-sized slides and tipping buckets with special summer deals. Due to the health and safety of the guests during the COVID-19 pandemic, safety protocols at the waterpark have been implemented including: guests over the age of 10 are required to wear face masks at any outlet when making a purchase (Food, Retail, Cabana Check-In, Season Pass Processing, etc.); increased cleaning frequency for things such as common touch points, dining areas, lifejackets and slide tubes; limited park capacity; and social distance markings at attraction queues to encourage social distancing.
