Miracle Mile Shops Is Now Open to the Public
Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has officially reopened their doors to the public.
“We are excited to welcome our customers, merchants and employees back to Miracle Mile Shops,” said Robert Buchanan, Vice President, General Manager. “Now that we are reopen, we will continue to do all that we can to ensure we are providing an environment that exceeds the CDC guidelines and a place for all of us to get back to what we love and have missed – shopping, dining and more – enjoying all that we have to offer.”
Miracle Mile Shops will continue to implement robust cleaning procedures laid out by the CDC and utilizing recommended products for all cleaning and sanitizing. The center will undergo frequent cleaning and sanitization with an emphasis on high touch points and will increase the visibility and quantity of housekeeping staff and equipment.
With the safety and well-being of customers, merchants, and staff at the forefront of preparations, Miracle Mile Shops has installed floor markings to provide guests with the most up-to-date social distancing guidelines and additional touchless hand sanitizer stations throughout the center.
Miracle Mile Shops is currently offering the following property enhancements for guests to enjoy:
- Ability to connect and speak directly to merchants through the Wi-Fi program
- Digital access to the Miracle Mile Shops stores and restaurant directory
- Designated curbside pick-up areas
- Jules, the center’s lively chatbot, is available to provide operational information and address a variety of inquiries that pertain to stores, restaurants, and more
