“An Evening With Denise Truscello” – Mandarin Oriental Welcomes Local Photographer

The events, hosted in Mandarin Bar, provide guests with an intimate experience and personalized access to the talented individuals that live and work in Las Vegas. The showcase takes place on the third Monday of every month and is an enhancement to the existing Mandarin Mondays industry events.

Denise Truscello began her photography career in Paris, where her first exhibition drew the attention of famed French photographer and Kodak Prize winner, Edouard Boubat, who would become Truscello’s mentor until his death in 1999. Her photographs have graced the covers of Billboard Magazine, Variety, Hollywood Reporter and Paris Mach, and her images have been seen worldwide, in magazines such as Time, Newsweek, W, Elle, Rolling Stone and People

Truscello has spent time covering human causes during such tragedies as 9/11, the L’aquila, Italy earthquake, and the Gulf oil spill. She has photographed personalities such as Hunter S. Thompson, Jim Marshall, Muhammad Ali, Kirk Douglas, Elton John, Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Cher, Holly Madison, President Obama, President Clinton, President George W. Bush and countless others, along with hundreds of bands.

Truscello will present a showcase of her collections, ranging from high profile celebrities to human causes. In addition to photography, Truscello manages the local band Devilcar, who will perform an acoustic set during the evening.
