“Defending the Caveman” Moves to The Improv at Harrah’s Las Vegas
Defending the Caveman, the Broadway smash hit about the differences between the sexes, is proud to announce its new home at The Improv at Harrah’s Las Vegas. Starting January 17, Defending the Caveman will perform daily at 7:00 p.m. Originally opened at the San Francisco Improv in 1991, this new Las Vegas home allows the show to return to its Improv roots.
“‘Defending the Caveman’ has had such support from the Improv team over the past two decades. It is exciting for the show to be moving to a space shared by the Improv and, specifically, run by Improv founder Budd Friedman,” said John Bentham, the show’s producer. “The Improv theater at Harrah’s will be a wonderful place to see the show.”

“Defending the Caveman” is a hilariously insightful play about the ways men and women relate and differ. It offers side-splitting opinions on contemporary feminism, masculine sensitivity and the erogenous zone. The longest running solo play in Broadway history, “Defending the Caveman” has been seen by more than eight million people worldwide and continues to grow in popularity.
Comedian Kevin Burke stars in the Las Vegas run of “Defending the Caveman.” A seasoned comedic stage actor, playwright and director, Burke has starred in the Broadway tour of “Defending the Caveman” since 2003. Burke was recently named Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year for his work in “Defending the Caveman” and has performed the show for more than four years in Las Vegas.

“Defending the Caveman” performances are at 7:00 p.m. nightly at $39.95 plus tax and handling fees.VIP tickets are available for $49.95 and include a “Defending the Caveman” t-shirt. A limited number of premium VIP tickets are available for $59.95 and include a souvenir photo and t-shirt.
