“Kats With the Dish” Hosted by John Katsilometes and Tricia McCrone Debuts on KUNV 91.5 FM Feb. 4
Kats With the Dish, a new entertainment radio show, hosted by John Katsilometes, senior editor and columnist for Greenspun Media Group and Tricia McCrone, former national TV producer and publicist, will launch on KUNV 91.5 FM at 6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 4.
“What we’ve found in moving around the city is we have a point-of-view about the people who make Las Vegas the entertainment capital of the world,” said Katsilometes. “We’ve gotten to know many people in the entertainment industry and over the years we’ve developed a natural banter that could work on the radio. We’re both eager to learn more about these stars on ‘Kats With the Dish.’ ”
The dynamic duo will uncover Sin City’s biggest secrets and latest gossip from the entertainment world as they interview Las Vegas celebrities, performers, executives and more. Bringing an energetic lineup to the first show, Katsilometes and McCrone welcome Holly Madison, PEEPSHOW headliner at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and star of E!’s “Holly’s World.” Listeners will also be treated to a special guest interview with a Las Vegas legend.
“I am beyond thrilled to take my more than 10-year friendship with Kats to the airwaves. Las Vegas is such an exciting city, and I love that we’re going to be spending time going in depth with the people who make this town so unique,” said McCrone, whose nickname “Dish” plays off her first name. “Kats and I are definitely opinionated and not afraid to speak our minds, it should be a fun time.”
In addition to airing on KUNV 91.5 FM, the show will be featured as a podcast each week on The Kats Report on LasVegasSun.com and will be available on KUNV.org.
