311 to Perform at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Feb. 19

Multi-platinum rock band 311 is returning to Las Vegas in 2011 after their 2010 sold out show. This time they will play The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Saturday, February 19.  The band announced a short 2011 Spring Tour this past fall. The tour culminates with 311 hosting their first ever Caribbean Cruise from Miami to Turks & Caicos Islands. 

311 have been hard at work in their own North Hollywood studio, The Hive, with esteemed producer Bob Rock (Metallica, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith) working on their tenth studio album. The highly anticipated record will be released before Summer 2011. 

With their dynamic and celebratory live shows, 311 have cultivated a grassroots touring fan base that is thriving now more than ever.  Blending rock, reggae, hip-hop and funk, 311 have released nine studio albums (5 Gold, 1 Platinum, and 1 Triple-Platinum), a live album and three DVD’s (1 Gold, 2 Platinum). Six of their releases have reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Charts. 

Eight singles have gone into the Top 10 on Billboard’s Modern Rock Chart including the #1 hits “Down,” “Love Song,” and “Don’t Tread On Me” , along with “Amber”, “All Mixed”, “Come Original”, “Creatures” and “Hey You”.  To date band has sold over 8.5 million units in the U.S.
