Accompanied by Miss Nevada USA Director Shanna Moakler and Laura Rayborn of Miss New Mexico USA, the teens posed for photos at the fountain on The LINQ Promenade before making their way to the High Roller, the focal point of Las Vegas’ most unique urban entertainment district, where they boarded cabins for their 30-minute ride.
