“98 Degrees” Star Jeff Timmons Breaks Box Office Records and Extends Chippendales Contract
It’s going to get even hotter this summer at Chippendales at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas thanks to former 98 Degrees star, Jeff Timmons (Photo credit: Scott Harrison/Retna).
Not only has he made the temperature rise as the show’s Special Musical Guest Star and Emcee but, the popstar has been breaking box office records. Due to this enormous audience and critical acclaim, Chippendales has announced that Timmons will continue to heat up the stage through Labor Day weekend. Timmons’ initial four-week engagement was already extended two weeks through June 19, and now, the singer will spend the summer with the Chippendales through Sept. 4, 2011.
“Being a part of Chippendales has been the most fun I have had in my 17-year career in show business,” says Timmons. “I am truly blessed that Las Vegas audiences and critics have embraced me and made me feel so welcomed in this amazing city.
