A Feast Fit for an Executive Now Available at PUB 365 inside Tuscany Suites & Casino
PUB 365 inside Tuscany Suites & Casino now features an Executive Lunch Menu with a 15-minute order-to-table guarantee or the meal is complimentary.
The new menu is ideal for business persons looking for a swift, appetizing meal in between meetings and includes:
- Caesar Salad with Chicken – prepared with romaine hearts, croutons, Caesar dressing and parmesan;
- Carnitas Tacos – made with tomatillo salsa and queso fresco;
- Chicken Pesto Panini – prepared with grilled chicken breast, marinated tomato, arugula, pesto and served with a side of Pub chips (grilled Portobello can be substituted as a vegetarian option);
- Classic Cuban Panini – made with pulled pork, ham, Menonita cheese, pickle, whole grain mustard and served with a side of Pub chips;
- Cobb Salad – features romaine, bibb lettuce, bacon, egg, tomato, avocado and Green Goddess dressing;
- Half Sandwich & Soup or Salad – choice of a half Chicken Pesto Panini, Pastrami Sub, Classic Cuban Panini, or Porkin’ Around with a Caesar salad, house salad, or soup of the day;
- ‘Lil ‘Rugula Salad with Chicken – made with arugula, candied pecans, apples, dried cherries and lemon vinaigrette;
- Pastrami Sub – prepared with hot pastrami, provolone cheese, cabbage slaw, Thousand Island dressing and served with a side of Pub chips;
- Pulled Pork Sandwich– features cabbage, cilantro, pickled jalapeño, maple barbecue sauce and served with a side of Pub chips;
- Sliders – trio of certified Angus beef patties topped with lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayonnaise, and served with a side of french fries; and
- Slow Roasted Chicken Tacos – made with cochinita chicken, avocado corn salsa and sour cream.
Each menu item is $9.95 and includes a fountain drink or iced tea. Guests also have the option of upgrading to a premium non-alcoholic beverage or beer for $2 more. Premium non-alcoholic beverages include Homemade Artisanal Lemonade, Joseph James Root Beer, Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee, Stumptown Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.
The Executive Lunch Menu is available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
