Absinthe’s Green Fairy Melody Sweets Takes Stage at “Mondays Dark” Jan. 20
Singer and burlesque performer Melody Sweets, featured as the Green Fairy in the Strip’s best show ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace, takes the stage at “Mondays Dark” with Mark Shunock (ROCK OF AGES) at Vinyl inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Monday, Jan. 20 at 8:30 p.m.
All proceeds from the night will benefit Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NSPCA).
Sweets is the latest Las Vegas celebrity to join the lineup of local performers in “Mondays Dark,” a monthly showcase of live music, comedy and entertainment. Sweets, who released her debut album Burlesque in the Black in January 2013, will perform a special selection of songs from her collection of burlesque favorites. Spotlighting Sin City’s beloved “shimmering chanteuse” and burlesque “tease queen,” Sweets will deliver a captivating and sensual performance that fans have come to know and love, as seen nightly in ABSINTHE.
