AEG Presents to Assume Management, Operations and Booking of The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

The Joint is an award-winning entertainment destination, providing an intimate feel for unforgettable performances by legendary and groundbreaking artists.
“AEG Presents has been an integral part of The Joint’s success for over a decade,” said Richard “Boz” Bosworth, president and chief executive officer of JC Hospitality LLC, owner of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. “AEG further expands on our commitment to partner with best-in-class operators for the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas transformation.”
The partnership is a natural fit as AEG Presents has booked and promoted many of the world-class performances at The Joint, including Nine Inch Nails, Imagine Dragons, Paul McCartney, The Killers and Drake, among countless others. AEG Presents has also been instrumental in bringing influential residencies to The Joint, including Carlos Santana, Tiësto, Guns N’ Roses, Def Leppard, KISS, Mötley Crüe, Journey and more. The partnership will allow both The Joint and AEG Presents to continue to expand the venue’s presence as a leading venue in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

During the property’s transformation to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and in partnership with AEG Presents, The Joint will be upgraded once again to usher in a new chapter of the venue’s iconic history. The new renovations will include a redesigned second floor that will further expand the VIP experience by remodeling the luxury suites, adding more luxury seating options and creating a high energy lounge environment. Construction will begin next February and will be completed in time for the unveiling of the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas property in late 2020.

This year, The Joint celebrated ten years as the most dynamic and authentic venue in Las Vegas. The original Joint opened in 1995 with the opening of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and the new Joint opened as one of the most sophisticated, intimate, and authentic venues in Las Vegas in April 2009. The renovation transformed the iconic venue and doubled its size. The Joint has won over 20 awards including, “No. 1 Hottest Club in America” award by Billboard Magazine, “Best Concert Venue” by Las Vegas Review-Journal, “Casino of The Year – Medium Capacity” award by the Academy of Country Music, among many more.
