At noon, the celebrity guests will shave the first heads inside the pub to raise money for childhood cancer research. Celebrity shavers Goude and Civillico will help the first round of shavees go bald. The fundraising event supports the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a national organization funding research to find cures for all childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.

Throughout the day, local barbers from The Art of Shaving will volunteer their time to give the haircuts. Those wishing to support a shavee or keep their hair can donate funds on Rí Rá St. Baldrick’s event page or at the pub. During the event, guests will enjoy live music and other festivities.

Over the last four years, Rí Rá has raised more than $76,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation and lifesaving childhood cancer research.
