Alexis Park Pegasus Showroom Announces New Partner and New Shows
The Alexis Park Hotel and Admit.VIP have announced the reopening the Pegasus Showroom and the launch of two new shows in the venue; Martini’s and Magic starring Naathan Phan and The Comics Battle featuring John Hilder. Tickets are on sale now at www.admitvegas.com.
Admit.VIP, who also operates the Night Owl Showroom at Hooters Casino Hotel, has begun extensive upgrades to the audio/visual systems inside the Pegasus showroom including a 15’ LED light curtain; as well as; an all new state of the art digital sound and lighting system. The showroom is also getting an upgrade to seating and configuration.
“Our goal in Las Vegas is to give independent shows the opportunity to build and grow”, said Pete Housley CEO of Admit.VIP. “The big casinos have aggressively taken over all of the smaller venues where shows like these have previously been able to establish roots. The huge 1500-2000 seat rooms simply don’t work anymore, therefore we’ve been focused on 150-300 seat rooms and finding unique new content to place in them. We’ve had tremendous success with our partnership at Hooters Casino Hotel with Gordie Brown and recently launching Motown Extreme, Peti & Taller, Little Miss Nasty and of course The Hilarious 7. We want to replicate that success at the Alexis Park and other similarly sized and situated venues throughout Las Vegas — we’re actively looking for venues, either established showrooms or rooms that can be converted into showrooms and more amazing content to put in them.”
Two new shows will open in the Pegasus showroom:
The Comics Battle opens November 29, 2018, and will run Thursdays-Sundays at 9pm. The Comics Battle is from the same creators and the team behind this year wildly successful, The Hilarious 7, presently running at Hooters Hotel Casino. It’s a new fast-paced standup comedy show that is a true battle of the wits. Host and Referee, John Hilder, will judge this unbridled joke joust as 2 sets of comics are pitted against each other in four hilarious bouts of back and forth by audience selected categories. Part stand-up, part improv with a dash of MMA; The Comics Battle is like no other comedy show in Las Vegas, and it’s never the same show twice.

Martinis & Magic starring Naathan Phan opens Sunday December 2, 2018 and will run Sundays-Thursdays at 7pm. Martinis & Magic is a high energy hour-long show consisting of magic, comedy, singing, impressions, improvisation, and theatrical storytelling staring Naathan Phan and his cast of characters.
