Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa to Introduce New Tastes for The New Year with January Food and Beverage Specials
Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will introduce new food and beverage specials available during the month of January at select restaurants and bars throughout the AAA Four Diamond resort (Pictured: MRKT Prime Rib special – Photo credit: Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa).
- MRKT Sea & Land, Aliante’s signature steakhouse, will offer a surf-and-turf inspired sirloin steak and king crab dish for $25 throughout the month. MRKT will also feature an early bird special from 5 to 7 p.m. daily including prime rib, mashed potatoes and green beans for $18. Daily happy hour of $5 well drinks, $3 drafts and $6 wine from 5 through 7p.m. will continue into the new year.
- FARM 24-7, Aliante’s unique 24-hour farm-to-table café, will introduce a moonlight special of one pancake and one egg served with either two strips of bacon or two sausage links for $5. Also new in January will be a three-ingredient build-your-own omelet for $6, served all day.
- Bistro 57 will offer a veal scaloppini ala Romana, with prosciutto, spinach, and fontina in a white wine sauce, priced at $18. The favorite half-off pizza and pasta special, along with a $3, $4, $5 specialty hour, have been extended indefinitely.
- The Salted Lime will continue their new $6 meal deal, featuring a choice of four entrees from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday, along with signature $4 Megaritas all day, every day. The $6 meal deal includes a choice of cheese enchiladas; a bean and cheese burrito; beef or chicken flautas; or spicy meat, chicken, or shredded beef crispy tacos.
