All-American Rejects to Perform at Mandalay Bay Beach Friday, July 3

The multi-platinum selling group All-American Rejects will perform at Mandalay Bay Beach Friday, July 3. The concert is scheduled to begin at 9:30 p.m.

Beyond a band, All-American Rejects is four friends who discovered one another and scored the American dream. Tyson Ritter and Nick Wheeler formed the group and released the single, “Same Girl, New Songs” in the summer of 2001. Mike Kennerty and Chris Gaylor joined in 2002 and the new quartet hit stores with their self-titled long-play debut, The All-American Rejects in October that year; scoring commercial success with the single, “Swing Swing.”

The group toured tirelessly and in July 2005, presented their fans with Move Along, a breakout album featuring three smash hits including “Dirty Little Secret,” “It Ends Tonight,” and “Move Along.” From down home southern boys to multi-platinum recording artists, All-American Rejects broke through the mainstream pop scene with a cache of great songs and an authentic connection to its adoring audience.
