Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge, Blue Man Group Team Up to Offer a Summer Souffle Now Available Through Fall
Feel blue and have your soufflé, too! Now available through Aug. 31, only at Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, is the brand new Blueberry Blue Man Soufflé.
Inspired by Blue Man Group, the dessert is a blueberry soufflé topped with a fondant marshmallow, one carefully-placed blueberry and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Pastry Chef Tammy Alana created the concoction after seeing the show. She comments, “I had never seen a show like that. The way they use food, especially sweets, is obviously much different than how we do. It was fun to see Blue Man Group in action and then come up with a dessert.”
In addition to the dessert itself, she also created “spin art” to be placed beneath the dessert.
Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge is open Tuesday through Sunday, starting at 5:30 p.m. The Blue Man Group-inspired dessert is $14.
