Back Bar USA to Celebrate Fifth Annual “For the Love of Cocktails” Gala May 18
Back Bar USA will host its annual “For the Love of Cocktails” Grand Gala, where more than 45 of the country’s top mixologists and bartenders will showcase original cocktail recipes crafted with fresh ingredients.
The charity event will offer a limitless amount of craft cocktail samples along with gourmet cuisine from Alain Ducasse’s Rivea and the opportunity to meet world-renowned mixologists and chefs. Live entertainment and additional surprises also will take place throughout the evening.
Proceeds will benefit the Helen David Relief Fund for Bartenders Affected by Breast Cancer, a charitable organization that assists women in the bar industry by providing pre-screening services and support for women with breast cancer.
Meet Tony Abou-Ganim, founder of the Helen David Relief Fund; Derick Baumgartner, lead mixologist from Lago by Julian Serrano at Bellagio and Derek Crow, lead mixologist from Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay.
Also in attendance will be mixologists Sarah Delgado-Rith from Rosina at The Venetian; Jair Bustillos at District One Kitchen & Bar; Cesar De La Rosa from Skyfall Lounge at Delano Las Vegas; Gary Schneck from Parlor Lounge at The Mirage and Garth Lutsko from Bavette’s Steakhouse and Bar at Park MGM.
