Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Introduces New Menu Items
Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has recently added three new dishes to their regular menu as well as three new dessert options to the vegan menu (Pictured: B&E Neapolitan Sundae – Photo credit: Beauty & Essex Las Vegas).
B&E Asian Chicken & Dumpling
Additions include the Artichoke Grilled Flat Bread with hearts of palm, preserved lemon, cucumber greens and garlic aioli, the Asian Chicken & Dumpling complete with pork broth, furikake, cilantro, pickled mushrooms and chili oil as well as the House Made Cavatelli with the spicy Italian sausage, broccolini, and cherry tomatoes.
Guests can also delight in the new vegan desserts including the Citrus Summer Sorbets served with orange, pink grapefruit and lemon verbena, citrus supremes and pineapple chips, the Neapolitan Sundae complete with chocolate, vanilla & strawberry sorbets, coconut whip, chocolate sauce and topped with filthy cherries and the Chocolate Ganache Tarlets with berry puree, crisp tuiles and strawberry sorbet.
