Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas to Celebrate College Football with Weekly ‘Pigskin Pig Roast’ Parties

Beer Park opens early at 9 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday throughout football season, and every Saturday a whole pig will be slow-roasted and served with classic barbecue sides. Plus, games will be shown on dozens of high-definition TVs throughout the rooftop bar live bets are taken at Beer Park’s in-house sportsbook.
Beer Park offers more than 100 beer selections, including 36 on draft. The expansive menu offers next-level stadium fare, such as the Chile Verde Nachos, topped with Montejo braised house-smoked pork, Hatch green chiles, cheese sauce, baked beans, herb crema and cotija cheese, priced at $13.95; and the Shock Top-marinated bratwurst, topped with Shock Top-caramelized onions, sauerkraut and spicy grain house-made mustard, priced at $10.95. The picnic-style atmosphere, set in the backdrop of the Las Vegas Strip, offers pool tables, oversized Jenga and Connect Four.
