BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas to Host Cinco de Mayo Rooftop Fiesta
Happy Cinco de Drinko! In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas will throw an all-day rooftop fiesta complete with a party brunch, a mariachi band, margaritas, cervesas, Mexican dishes and an all-day piñata petting zoo on Sunday, May 5 (Pictured: BEER PARK Barleyrita Beer Margarita).
The party will start at 11 a.m. with BEER PARK’s electric brunch, serving reimagined brunch classics set to high energy music. Specialty margaritas made with Hornitos tequila will be available throughout the day. The rooftop bar and grill will also host a piñata petting zoo, with more than 15 animal pinatas for photo opps. A mariachi band will bring some tradition to the fiesta starting at 4 p.m., followed by a late-night DJ set.
Cinco de Mayo food selections include chile verde nachos made with Montejo braised pork, Hatch green chiles, cheese sauce, baked beans, herb crema and cotija; spicy chicken quesadillas, made with smoked chicken, fire-roasted peppers, roasted corn, pico de gallo and cilantro crema; and seven layer dip, made with guacamole, sour cream, beans, olives, tomatoes, green onions and tortilla chips; and more.
