Every Sunday, Beer Park will host a “Funk Brunch” with performances by DJ Bayati and alluring vocalist, Chandiss. Bayati, a DJ and producer, has played in the L.A. and Vegas club scenes blending original music and high-energy remixes. Chandiss entrances the crowd with interactive performances, sauntering through the room as she belts out enchanting vocals.

The live entertainment will complement a menu of elevated brunch cuisine that reimagines breakfast and lunch favorites. Hearty brunch dishes include: the Beer Park hangover breakfast, a sandwich made with fried chicken, an over-easy egg, bacon, lettuce, smoked tomato and provolone cheese, served on a brioche pretzel bun with a side of honey-chipotle mayo; a breakfast burrito, made with smoked chicken, scrambled eggs, spicy chorizo, roasted salsa and queso; an open-faced lox sandwich, made with smoked salmon, dill cream cheese and pickled red onions, topped with fried capers.

Other signature dishes include French toast sticks topped with honey butter, almond brittle, powder sugar, maple syrup and fresh berries; and granola parfait made with blueberry yogurt, toasted oats, cashews, cinnamon honey and Grand Marnier-soaked berries.

In addition to Beer Park’s more than 100 beers, 36 on tap, the new weekend brunch will introduce several imaginative brunch cocktails, including over-the-top Bloody Marys and bottomless mimosas.
