Beer Park Rooftop Bar and Grill at Paris Las Vegas Now Serving Nacho Cheeseburger, BBQ & Mac ‘n’ Cheese and More
Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas, has introduced several new selections to the menu, continuing to take next-level stadium fare to new heights (Pictured: Beer Parl Pie).
Beer Park Nacho Cheeseburger
Additions to the menu include Beer Park pie, made with barbecue pulled pork, mac and cheese, Fritos, fresh jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese, priced at $9.95, smoked chicken-corn chowder, made with house-smoked chicken, roasted corn, poblano peppers and cheddar cheese, priced at $6.95; a nacho cheeseburger, made with beef, tortilla chips, melted cheese sauce, jalapeño peppers, guacamole and pico de gallo, priced at $10.95; a smoked meatloaf sandwich, made with provolone cheese, barbecue sauce and jalapeño slaw, spread between two Texas toast slices, priced at $10.95; and smoked prime rib, served alongside crinkle cut garlic fries, lemon and home-made horseradish baconaise, priced at $25.95 for a 16-ounce cut and $31.95 for a 24-ounce cut.
All of the smoked meats are made on the rooftop grill’s outdoor smoker, using the same beechwood used to make Budweiser.
Beer Park offers more than 100 beers, including 36 selections on tap, a picnic-inspired atmosphere with adult-sized yard games, including Jenga and Connect Four.
