Bellagio Restaurants Offering Great Thanksgiving Menus and Deals

This year, the world-renowned chefs in Las Vegas have designed unique and classic Thanksgiving feasts that will please the palette and give diners lots to be thankful for. From Julian Serrano and Todd English to Michael Mina, the celebrity chefs at Bellagio have prepared menus that will make this Thanksgiving a memorable one.

Le Cirque – Sirio Maccioni and family have prepared an Italian-inspired four-course menu filled with family favorites for their Bellagio restaurant. The meal starts with “Le Cirque” Lobster and Avocado Salad with black truffle followed by a second course of Paupiette of Sea-Bass with crispy potatoes, Braised Leeks and Pinot Noir Reduction that would make the Pilgrims and Indians jealous.  After a course of Chateauneuf-du-Pape Marinated Wild Boar Civet with blue cheese and chestnut mousseline and a dessert of Pumpkin Souffle and Cinnamon Ice Cream or Traditional Opera Cake with blueberry ice cream, diners will leave with satisfied smiles… and bellies.

Todd English’s Olives – Todd English INSERT s the Mediterranean cuisine at Olives in Bellagio during Thanksgiving with starters such as the Creamy Chestnut Soup and the Red Wine Braised Apple Salad. Guests can enjoy a second course of the Confit Turkey Leg Lasagna before an entrée of Rack of Lamb, Slow Roasted Prime Rib or Free Range Breast of Turkey Roulade. The meal will be topped off with a delicious Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake.

Osteria del Circo – The Bellagio extension of the Maccioni family’s famous New York restaurant is delivering a  truly gourmet experience with their Thanksgiving offerings: Braised Salted Cod, Corn, Semolina Gnocchi, Cannellini bean soup, Black Tuscan Kale, Butternut Squash Dumplings, Butter and Sage with crunchy amaretto cookie, Turkey platter with traditional condiments and Glazed Chestnuts round out the special holiday menu.

Picasso – In his upscale Bellagio restaurant, Chef Julian Serrano has created a scrumptious three course meal that starts with Crème of Butternut Squash Soup, Poached Oysters or Maine Lobster Salad. The second course features Sauteed “A” Steak of Foie Gras, Roasted Langoustines or Sauteed Filet of Black Bass, and the final course provides either Sautéed Center Cut Filet of Swordfish or Slow Roasted Prime Short Rib.

Sensi – Martin Heierling presents a phenomenal holiday menu for his Bellagio restaurant that borrows from his commitment to sustainably grown and naturally raised products and features Risotto, Heirloom Butternut Squash, Guanciale, Slow Roasted Free Range Turkey, Niman Ranch Natural Glazed Ham, a Pumpkin Dessert Tasting and a Pumpkin Cheese “Cake” Pumpkin Seed Brittle.

FIX— Get your Thanksgiving fix at FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio. Light Group chefs have put together a fantastic menu including first course options of Butternut Squash Soup, Carpaccio and Endive Salad and second course choices of a better-than-Grandma’s Organic Turkey Dinner, subtle but flavorful Cedar Plank Salmon or perfectly cooked 12 oz. prime rib. If you haven’t got your “fix” after the first two courses, FIX is providing a Trio of Mini Pies for dessert that includes all your favorite holiday flavors—pumpkin, apple, and pecan.

Café Bellagio(Pictured at top) Starting with soups such as Winter Squash Soup with Herb Croutons, Café Bellagio has a tempting mix of traditional and unique Thanksgiving dishes. With entrées such as Herbed Roasted Tom Turkey, Classic Bread Stuffing and Mashed Potatoes followed by Traditional Pumpkin Pie, Cinnamon Chantilly or Vanilla Sauce & Milk Chocolate Ice Cream, guests will leave with a full and satisfied belly.

Snacks – Snacks in Bellagio gives diners a lot to be thankful for with Spiced Butternut Squash Soup topped with cinnamon crème fraiche, an Open-faced Grilled Turkey Sandwich, served with mushroom stuffing and brown gravy on country white followed by a filling dessert of traditional Pumpkin Pie.

The Buffet at Bellagio– Truly a Thanksgiving feast, the Buffet features more than 30 unique dishes for the holiday. Guests can enjoy Oven Roasted Free Range Turkey, Mustard Crusted Rack of Lamb and Beef Wellington, or they can venture towards the seafood and feast on Split Alaskan King and Snow Crab Legs or Scottish Cold Smoked Salmon. If that’s not enough, there are more than 25 other choices to fill a belly.

In-Room Dining at Bellagio– For guests who would rather enjoy a feast in the comfort of their room, Bellagio has prepared and in-room dining menu filled with holiday treats. From a Crisp Harvest Salad and Oven Roasted Free Range Turkey with sage pear dressing to Country-style Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn Chowder, guests might find it hard to venture out of their rooms.
