Beso Introduces Traditional Thanksgiving Day Feast November 25

Eva Longoria Parker’s Beso steakhouse will introduce a traditional Thanksgiving Day menu this holiday. On November 25, guests will enjoy a three-course meal, from 4:30 to 9 p.m.

The menu starts off with Green Bean Salad topped by porcini emulsion, crispy shallot and piquillo peppers. The main course includes Roasted Turkey Breast served with braised Spanish sausage-stuffed leg, kumquat cranberry relish, roulade of stuffing along with mashed Yukon potatoes and gravy. The final course includes a delicious slice of Pumpkin Pie with ginger snap crust, Chantilly cream and Marcona almond brittle.

“When creating our Thanksgiving Day menu, each recipe was designed to capture the traditional flavors of the all-American holiday with a few exciting twists,” said Beso’s Executive Chef Matt Piekarski. “For example, our green bean salad is a play on the classic green bean casserole but instead of cream of mushroom soup and onion rings, we‘ve created a salad with porcini emulsion and crispy shallots. Our pumpkin pie was also inspired by the classic dessert, with the addition of a ginger snap pie crust to add depth and enhance the flavor.”

Beso’s Thanksgiving Day menu is available for $65 per person. For reservations, call 702.254.BESO (2376).
