Big Boi to Perform at The Palms Sept. 24
The Palms Pool & Bungalows, in partnership with Cruzan Rum, has announced another exciting live poolside performance in its Cruzan Campfire Concert Series. Rapper Big Boi will perform Friday, September 24, 2010 at 10:00 p.m.
Tickets for Big Boi are $30 for general admission and $50 for a VIP ticket that allows guests access into a special viewing area includes a complimentary Cruzan cocktail. Cabana reservations are available by calling 702-942-6832.
Rapper Big Boi is most well known as a member of the group OutKast. Having performed with artists including Missy Elliott, Beyonce, Jay-Z and others, Big Boi’s signature style flows smoothly from rap to funk and dance grooves. In 2005, the artist released “Kryptonite” which become on the year’s biggest rap singles. Last month the rapper released his first full length solo album titled Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. The first single “Shutterbugg” has continuously been moving up The Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
This event is presented in association with Cruzan Rum. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. The Pearl Box Office is open Sunday from noon – 7:00 p.m., Monday from noon – 10:30 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from noon – 7:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from noon – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from noon – 10:00 p.m. Doors will open at 9:00 p.m. with a live DJ and show time is 10:00 p.m. For more information on upcoming concerts, please call 702-942-6888.
