At the age of 12, Butler won a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in South Africa, and later earned three gold records in 1975. More than a decade later, Butler moved to London, England, releasing his first international self-titled album that went Gold in 1987 that includes his celebrated hits “Lies” and “Going Home.”

Throughout his musical career, Butler has enjoyed major success, earning several Gold albums and a songwriter award for his material. Butler continues to captivate his audiences with his powerful vocals and soulful hits like “More Than Friends,” “Sarah, Sarah,” “There’s One Born Every Minute” and “Take Good Care of Me.”
