Black Light White Light to Perform at Freakin’ Frog Oct. 28
On October 28, Black Light White Light will perform at Freakin’ Frog as a part of the Danes first ever US tour to support the release of the debut album Infrared Daylight, produced by Rick Parker (Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Dandy Warhols, Von Bondies).

With 11 songs of compelling guitar riffs, solid backbeat and powerful pop songs with beautiful crafted harmonies Infrared Daylight shows a solid grounded inspiration in the 60’s American psychedelic rock from bands like The Byrds, Jefferson Airplane and The Seeds. But the album has a modern alternative twist to it as well making them wander same musical paths like fellows The Black Angels, Dandy Warhols and The Brian Jonestown Massacre. It makes it pretty obvious why Black Light White Light decided to cross the Atlantic to record the debut album in sunny Hollywood, CA.

“If you are a big fan of psychedelic, bohemian 60s’ rock – like Black Rebel Motorcycle Club or the Black Angels – Black Light White Light is the next band for you to check out” – Music Psychos

Black Light White Light has performed around Scandinavia with international acclaimed bands like Crocodiles, Crystal Antlers and The Soundtrack Of Our Lives (S). In June the Danes performed at NXNE Music Festival in Toronto, Canada and in September they toured UK. This month will see the band perform for the first time in the United States heading cross country in just 2 weeks.
