“The Hills” star arrived on the red carpet sporting skin-tight, black leather shorts and a cut-out, see-through black top.
Fans went wild the moment Montag and husband, Spencer Pratt, entered the club and headed straight to the five-foot ice sculpture engraved with Montag’s name.

Seated at their plush VIP table, Montag and Pratt toasted with Dom Perignon champagne and Patron shots to kick-off the party.
Montag came to the club with a mission – to receive her first ever lap dance from one of the club’s renowned dancers. As she scanned the crowd, Montag selected two bombshell dancers and the trio headed straight to a VIP couch. The blonde beauty reveled in her first lap dance experience and showered the dancers in $1 dollar bills.
