Blue Ribbon Restaurants to Debut All-New Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya at Red Rock Resort Las Vegas in Late 2018
Bruce and Eric Bromberg, brothers, chefs and co-founders of Blue Ribbon Restaurants, the New York-based restaurant group that famously began in 1992 with its famous SoHo brasserie, are pleased to announce the return of Blue Ribbon Sushi to Las Vegas, Nevada. Think happy hour, late-night dining and a comfortable welcoming atmosphere – with an array of small plates, allowing guests to taste a wide variety of items on the menu.”
Blue Ribbon Restaurants are known for melding fun, social environments with delicious food offerings, and Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya will continue to celebrate that experience in that same fashion with its arrival at Red Rock Resort. The restaurant will offer a variety of small bites, entrées and family-style platters, providing something for everyone – vegetarians, sushi lovers and meat lovers alike. Guests will soon be able to indulge in an eclectic menu including their favorite Blue Ribbon Sushi-inspired dishes such as its award-winning Fried Chicken with wasabi honey, a full sushi bar with fresh fish flown in daily from Japan, innovative entrees, and more inspired by the family owners and their extensive, creative experiences. In addition, guests will be able to enjoy a full bar and an extensive wine and sake list – perfect for any first-class business dinner, lively date night occasion or a satisfying late-night out with friends.
Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya will join an incredible existing culinary line up at Red Rock Resort that includes Scott Conant’s Masso Osteria, T-bones Chophouse, 8 Noodle Bar, Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, along with several other leading restaurants such as Yardhouse, Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, the Grand Café and the Feast Buffet.
