Bourbon and BBQ at Embers Grille + Spirits Dec. 14
Embers Grille + Spirits, the new local gathering spot located in Summerlin’s Boca Park, will serve up a multi-course BBQ dinner on Wednesday, December 14 with each savory and sweet dish accompanied by a perfectly paired Bourbon.
The feast features six courses and American Whiskey libations for $100 per person, including tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and the dinner will begin at 7:30 pm.

To begin, guests will sip The Derby before transitioning to the first course, an Herb Crusted Chicken appetizer paired with Four Roses, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Next up is Bookers small batch alongside a Duck and Arugula Salad. The first of two entrees is a Slow Cooked Tri-Tip with Sweet Mashed Potatoes and Woodford Manhattan, followed by Baby Back Ribs with a Sweet BBQ Sauce and Cream Corn accompanied by the hand bottled Noah’s Mill. The Seelbach cocktail serves as a palate cleanser before a finale of Roasted Pear with Vanilla Ice Cream and Bourbon Caramel with Blanton’s Single Barrel.
Embers Grille + Spirits opened in September and has quickly become a Summerlin neighborhood favorite with its approachable fare, modern atmosphere and welcoming staff. The independent restaurant and bar offers Angus steaks, ribs, seafood and new American classics from Executive Chef Brett Chumley, an accessible wine list and an extensive cocktail menu. Embers, located in Summerlin’s Boca Park, is open from 3 pm to 11 pm Monday –Thursday, 3 pm – 2 am on Friday and Saturday and from 1 pm to 11 pm on Sunday.
