Cabo Wabo Cantina to Honor Mexican Independence Day with Specialty Menu
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will offer a three-course pre fixe menu of authentic Mexican favorites to celebrate Mexican Independence Day from Friday, Sept. 12, through the holiday on Tuesday, Sept. 16 (Pictured: Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp – Photo credit: J Rick Martin).
Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland’s specialty menu, priced at $39 per person, will begin with a choice between a bowl of Cabo Wabo’s Tortilla Soup or the party spot’s Baja Shrimp Ceviche appetizer. For the main course, guests may choose between Sammy Hagar’s famous Tequila Shrimp or the delectable Chicken Mole Tamal. Diners will be treated to Cabo Wabo’s mouthwatering new dessert, the Salted Caramel Fried Ice Cream, to conclude the feast.
