Cabo Wabo Cantina to Host New Year’s Eve Patio Party, Debut New Breakfast Offerings for 2015
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, will host a rockin’ New Year’s Eve patio party on Wednesday, Dec. 31, and offer revelers a brand-new breakfast experience to ring in 2015 (Pictured: Mimosa, Blood Orange Mimosa, Bellini – Photo credit: J Rick Martin).
Partiers will toast to the New Year on Cabo Wabo’s expansive patio, before stunning views of the Strip and Las Vegas’ incredible New Year’s Eve fireworks display. Patio seating is available starting at $200 per person. The Loft, the cantina’s posh, new upstairs event space, is also available for reservation for groups seeking a private party with the same incredible Strip view. The Loft seating will start at $75 per person and includes a complimentary bottle. All New Year’s Eve partiers at Cabo Wabo will enjoy a complimentary flute of champagne at midnight to welcome 2015.
The cantina has also introduced a new breakfast menu just in time to nurse those New Year hang overs, featuring unique south-of-the-border morning dishes, as well as traditional breakfast plates, from 8 to 11 a.m. daily. New breakfast selections include: CW Eggs Benedict, made with mouthwatering layers of machaca, chorizo and poached eggs atop an English muffin and topped with melted pepper-jack cheese and hollandaise; Huevos de Nacho, a plate of Cabo Wabo’s cheese nachos topped with two fried eggs, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo; and Croissant French Toast, a freshly-baked croissant classically prepared into French toast, topped with warm maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar and whipped cream. To accompany the new breakfast selections, Cabo Wabo offers bottomless mimosas and Bellinis, as well as specialty breakfast beverages.
