Cabo Wabo to Continue LA Comedy Club with Lineup Through May

The laughs will continue as the popular LA Comedy Club announces its next crop of comedic rock stars to perform live at Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino through the end of May. 

The lineup includes hilarious local and national comedians who have been featured on such networks as Comedy Central, HBO, NBC, Showtime and CBS.

Set on the second level of Cabo Wabo Cantina, guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip. Show times are at 9:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday. Ticket prices start at $29.95 for general admission. Show specials include a $25 open bar and the opportunity to upgrade to VIP discounts are available as well. All of the headlining acts will feature special guests.

April 19-22
Ben Morrison
Comedian Ben Morrison has appeared on NBC’s “Last Comedy Standing” and was the lead actor on MTV’s “Punk’d.” The Los Angeles native regularly tours the country delivering his electrifying act that includes live multimedia and photography.

April 26-29 (Dark April 27)
Daryl Wright
Comedian Daryl Wright has gone from performing at open mic nights to being a headliner on stage at the world famous Improv on Melrose Avenue. The Washington, D.C. native has also made an appearance on a comedy special on Showtime.

May 3-6 (Dark May 5)
Shayma Tash
Shayma Tash has made several television appearances including stints on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” and E!’s “Chelsea Lately.” As a regular at the Hollywood Comedy Store, Tash has opened for and worked along comedy icons such as Chris Rock, Tim Allen and George Lopez. Tash currently opens for Carrot Top here in Las Vegas on a regular basis.

May 10-13
Greg Wilson
Heralded by “Stuff” magazine and the “New York Post” as the most exciting voice in stand-up comedy today, Greg Wilson brings his fresh act to LA Comedy Club with great anticipation. In 2005, Wilson set a record by headlining at the Laugh Factory in Times Square 40 weeks in a row.

May 17-20
Willie Barcena
Veteran comic Willie Barcena is no stranger to the big stage. Barcena has appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” over 10 times and has his own Comedy Central special. Barcena grew up following legendary comedy duo Cheech and Chong and Richard Pryor.

May 24-27
Shawn Halpin
Shawn Halpin is an LA Comedy Club most requested comedian. Halpin has toured with famed comedians, Tom Green and Pauly Shore. The Dallas, Texas native prides his material on real opinions that are not censored or sugar coated.

Sammy Hagar’s hard rockin’ dining and live music venue Cabo Wabo Cantina combines the laid back beach-town vibe of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. Blending coastal Mexican and Tex Mex cuisine, the menu offers a tantalizing mix of flavorful food, killer margaritas and an awesome venue where it is never uncommon to catch the red rocker himself jamming out with a live set on stage.
