Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts Celebrate Healthy Brains Day with Special MINDful Menus
Caesars Entertainment
is proud to partner with the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health for a third year to support Healthy Brains Day on Friday, May 12. Several Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas restaurants will feature specialty menus that stimulate brain health.

A percentage of proceeds from these menus will go to Keep Memory Alive to continue its mission to raise funds and awareness in support of Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

The below participating restaurants have created menus or dishes featuring power foods that benefit brain health, such as: oily fish, fresh fruits and vegetables- especially berries and green leafy variations, whole grains, beans, legumes and more.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace will serve a classic Caesar salad with rich in nutrients Romaine lettuce, tangy Caesar dressing and house-made garlic butter croutons; oven-roasted Scottish salmon with caramelized cauliflower, citrus watercress puree and herb salad; and a mixed berry sorbet for $45.

Old Homestead at Caesars Palace will offer an heirloom tomato salad with pine nut pesto, mozzarella cheese and balsamic reduction; steamed salmon with buckwheat noodles, shitake mushrooms and a scallion ginger vinaigrette; and for dessert, berries and cream with peanut brittle, all for $74.

The popular restaurant of celebrated chef Giada De Laurentiis, GIADA at The Cromwell, will feature a pan-seared halibut with charred white asparagus, heirloom tomatoes and snap peas in a spiced tomato broth.

In addition to Paradise Garden Buffet’s already impressive selections, Flamingo Las Vegas’ buffet will be serving a feast of brain-approved dishes, such as: herbed salmon, golden sunshine quinoa salad, grilled sage chicken, sautéed garlic broccoli and sundried tomato, black bean and shrimp tostadas, asparagus and salmon spring rolls and more.

Nook Café at The LINQ Hotel & Casino will be offering a sundried tomato grilled chicken breaks with garlic and lemon kale.

Taking a note from The MIND Diet, Burger Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas will offer a blueberry quinoa salad with toasted pecans, mixed greens and white balsamic vinaigrette; and grilled salmon with mango salsa served with a brown rice pilaf, herb infused baby carrots and broccolini. Café Ile St. Louis at Paris Las Vegas is also promoting The MIND Diet with offering an avocado tuna salad with cilantro orange drizzle; and blackened cod with lentils, braised kale and pickled carrots.

In 2014, the Caesars Foundation partnered with the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health to create HealthyBrains.org, an interactive tool that allows individuals to take a free online assessment to get their Healthy Brain Index, with a three-year $600,000 grant. Once visitors receive their scores, they can follow the Cleveland Clinic’s Six Pillars of Brain Health to help preserve their memory and lower their risk for brain disease.

Since the beginning of the partnership, Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas team members – Smart HEROs –have been encouraging guests and coworkers to take action to lower their risk for brain disease. The Smart HERO team continues to work to educate people about the Six Pillars of Brain Health and help them complete the HealthyBrains.org quiz, increasing participation by 10% over existing participation rates. This year, more Smart HEROs are being enlisted and trained, and, in the future, plan to expand the program across more Caesars Entertainment locations.

Visit www.HealthyBrains.org/DINE to get your free online assessment and to find out more information on brain health.
