Up and down the Las Vegas Strip, burger lovers have options ranging from simple classics to unique and noteworthy recipes from several resorts including Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, The Cromwell and more.
Old Homestead at Caesars Palace, backed by nearly 150 years of steakhouse tradition and history, features the Old Homestead Burger. The Las Vegas outpost of the New York City landmark extends its expertise and 30 day dry aging program to its single burger on the menu which features 16 oz. of dry aged Pat LaFrieda beef, served with duck fat fries.
Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill located at Harrah’s Las Vegas recently welcomed several new juicy burgers to its menu. Addition highlights include the Caprese Burger with sliced tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil topped with a balsamic reduction and the “Over the Border” Burger featuring chili con queso sauce, pico de gallo, lettuce, tortilla strips and spicy sour cream on a jalapeno bun.
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ Hotel & Casino features the award-winning Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burger. The Guy Fieri staple features crispy Applewood bacon, six-cheese mac ‘n’ cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, melted cheese and donkey sauce, all between a garlic-buttered brioche bun.
Gordon Ramsay BurGR Hell’s Kitchen Burger
For a taste of the heat of HELL’S KITCHEN with Gordon Ramsay, burger lovers can bite into the Hell’s Kitchen Burger at Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The ode to the celebrity chef’s FOX TV show features asadero cheese, roasted jalapeno peppers, avocado and oven roasted tomato.
Guests staying at The Cromwell have the rare opportunity to devour the Gorgonzola Burger from celebrated chef Giada De Laurentiis’ first and only restaurant, GIADA. Available exclusively for in-room dining, the burger features grilled tomatoes, crispy pancetta and smoked paprika on a ciabatta roll.
