Nearly 3,000 guests were present during a private engagement at Caesars Palace, where they were treated to exclusive performances by Darci Lynne Farmer and Fergie.

Darci Lynne Farmer, the winner of Season 12 of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” kicked off the New Year’s Eve celebration by singing “O Mio Babbino Caro” and “Hit The Road Jack” with her puppet, Petunia. The singing ventriloquist also showcased her amazing talent with appearances from puppets Oscar and Edna.

Singer-songwriter Fergie took the stage later that night in a blinged-out blazer and opened with her hit song, “You Already Know.” The eight-time GRAMMY Award-winner’s set also included her most popular hits including “London Bridge” and “Fergalicious.”

On New Year’s Eve, legendary pop icon Britney Spears took the stage for the final time to perform her record-breaking Las Vegas residency, “Britney: Piece of Me,” at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

Dazzling fans with show-stopping performances for more than 15 years, Britney truly brought her most spectacular show to Las Vegas. A celebration of one of the most illustrious careers in music history, the jaw-dropping production is a compilation of more than 20 of Britney’s worldwide hits, including “Baby One More Time,” “Oops I Did It Again,” “Toxic,” “Circus,” “Womanizer,” “Slave 4 U” as well as her newest singles, “Make Me…” and “Slumber Party.” “Britney: Piece of Me” is the most cutting-edge pop concert experience ever produced for Las Vegas, featuring a four-piece band, 16 dancers, elaborate sets, unforgettable costumes and state-of-the-art technology.

As the first contemporary superstar resident in the city, Britney pioneered the groundbreaking paradigm shift and revitalized the modern era of entertainment in Las Vegas. Since opening December 27, 2013, over 700,000 fans have experienced “Britney: Piece of Me” in The AXIS, which was designed exclusively for Britney’s show. In celebration of the New Year, several Caesars Entertainment headliners performed during special holiday broadcasts to celebrate with fans around the world.

Legendary icon Céline Dion showcased her talent to viewers across the globe as she performed “Where Does My Heart Beat Now” from her headlining Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace during CNN’s “New Year’s Eve with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen.”

ABC’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” featured legendary pop icon Britney Spears performing “Toxic” and “Work Bitch” at her record-breaking Las Vegas residency, “Britney: Piece of Me,” at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

FOX’s “New Year’s Eve with Steve Harvey” featured the best-selling boy band of all time, Backstreet Boys, as they performed “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” from their record-breaking Las Vegas residency, “Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life,” at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The broadcast also featured a performance of “River Deep, Mountain High” from Céline Dion from her headlining residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
