The greatly anticipated Bacchanal Buffet will open to the public today, Sept. 11, 2012. Expected to set a new standard for buffet dining in Las Vegas, the Bacchanal Buffet team is thrilled to introduce more than 500 items, nine globally-inspired open kitchens, a sophisticated and unique design from renowned Japanese design firm Super Potato and chef’s service that will entertain guests as they dine.
