California Pizza Kitchen to Debut New Adventures Menu with Healthy and Inspired Dishes on August 27

California Pizza Kitchen will expand their outstanding selection of innovative cuisine by debuting a New Adventures menu with five healthy and inspired dishes beginning on August 27.  We had a chance to preview these delicious new creations at CPK’s Town Square Las Vegas restaurant (6659 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Bldg C1) and they taste even better than they look in these photos!

Cedar Plank Salmon + Corn Succotash (pictured above)
Norwegian Atlantic Salmon Roasted on a Cedar Wood Plank with Smoked Paprika & Lime. Served with Homemade Corn, Spinach & Red Bell Pepper Succotash with Cilantro & Feta.

Fire-Roasted Chile Relleno
Roasted Poblano Stuffed with Chicken, Queso Quesadilla Cheese, Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa, Wild Mushrooms, Spinach & Eggplant over a Southwestern Tortilla Sauce. Topped with Homemade Creamy Avocado Salsa & Cilantro.

Grilled Chicken Chimichurri
Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast with Homemade Chimichurri Sauce, Wild Mushrooms, Spinach, Roasted Cauliflower, Zucchini, Eggplant, Baby Broccoli & Carrots.

Quinoa + Arugula Salad
Quinoa, Arugula, Red Onion, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Asparagus & Toasted Pine Nuts Tossed in Homemade Champagne Vinaigrette & Topped with Feta.

Shrimp Scampi Zucchini Fettuccine
Shrimp Sautéed with Lemon, Garlic & White Wine Tossed with Zucchini Ribbons, Fettuccine, Parsley & Parmesan.
