Carmine’s in the Forum Shops at Caesars
Carmine’s in the Forum Shops at Caesars will offer Roasted Rack of Lamb with Egg Bread ($75.50) for Easter Sunday. The delicately sweet meat is topped with a sauce made various ingredients including red wine, sun-dried tomatoes and a brown sauce. The feast serves 4-6 people.
Wonderland Bakery at Downtown Summerlin
Wonderland Bakery will be offering Easter cookie decorating classes. Drop in Monday – Friday noon – 7 p.m. $19.95 includes cookie, frosting, sprinkles and beverage. Reservations are not required.
