Catch the Fever! "The Australian Bee Gees Show" Signs Three-Year Extension with MGM Resorts; New Shows Begin Monday, July 29 at Excalibur Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas
The Australian Bee Gees Show

has brought Saturday night fever to Excalibur Hotel & Casino for the last eight years and will keep the party ‘Stayin’ Alive’ with a three-year contract extension. The rejuvenated show is scheduled to relaunch later this month in the multi-million-dollar Thunderland showroom.

Complete with high-resolution LED screens, multiple interactive performance spaces throughout the room, dazzling special effects, new lighting, sound, décor and increased seating capacity, Thunderland is everything showgoers want in a Vegas showroom.

“The Australian Bee Gees Show has delivered a high-energy experience to our Excalibur guests over the last eight years,” said George Kliavkoff, President of Entertainment & Sports for MGM Resorts International. “We look forward to its continued success as the guys dance and sing the night away in the Thunderland Showroom.”

The Australian Bee Gees Show will bring theatrically enhanced versions of their iconic hits such as “Night Fever,” “Stayin’ Alive,” “Jive Talkin’,” “More than a Woman,” “You Should Be Dancin’,” “Tragedy,” “Nights on Broadway,” and more, to their legion of fans nightly. Guests also will experience additional deep cuts like “Fanny,” “Immortality,” “Shadow Dancing” and “Inside and Out,” to name a few. The revamped show will transport music fans back to the days of platform shoes, white polyester suits and the sounds and visuals from Studio 54.

The Australian Bee Gees Show has toured for the past 24 years to more than 55 countries and performed for millions of fans worldwide, making them “The Number One Tribute to the Bee Gees in the World” according to Terri Bridge, President of the Bee Gees Official Fan Club.

Adam Steck, Founder & CEO of SPI Entertainment and Co-Producer of the show, said, “The Bee Gees have one of the most incredible catalogs of music that’s beloved and treasured globally by so many vast demographics. We are proud to keep their legacy alive in Las Vegas at Excalibur. No one does it better than The Australian Bee Gees Show! I can’t wait for our audiences to experience them in our new Thunderland showroom. Hearts will be singing and feet will be dancing!”

Michael Clift, Founder of The Australian Bee Gees Show and Co-Producer, said, “You’ll be seeing and hearing a completely unique and visually stunning show.  With fresh material, new arrangements and the most iconic songs that were ever written and performed by the Bee Gees, it is sure to energize your Disco adventure. Keeping the Fever Alive has been our goal since we landed on The Strip and we’re excited to bring it to fans in this extraordinary and beautifully redesigned showroom.”

The Australian Bee Gees Show will perform nightly at 7 p.m. (dark Fridays) inside the Thunderland Showroom at Excalibur, with matinees on Saturdays at 5 p.m. Tickets start at $59.90, plus taxes and fees and can be purchased at any MGM Resorts Box Office.
