Celebrate Love from the Land to the Sea at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway This Valentine’s Day
Romance will be in the air this Valentine’s Day at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, located at Wynn Las Vegas, with a special “From the Land to the Sea, You Belong with Me” four-course dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, the menu includes:
- First course:
- Kale and quinoa winter salad with blood oranges, pomegranate and pistachios, dressed in lemon vinaigrette
- Second course:
- Alaskan salmon with ginger broth, baby bok choy and shiitake mushrooms
- Third course:
- Wagyu New York sirloin with grilled balsamic figs and shishito peppers
- Dessert:
- Sampling of chef’s selections
The “From the Land to Sea, You Belong with Me” menu is priced at $89 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional $77 per person. The full dinner menu will also be available.
