In celebration of National Steakhouse Month, Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining at The Orleans Hotel and Casino and Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer flavorful weekly specials throughout the month of June (Pictured: Alder & Birch Steak).
Weekly specials will feature mouthwatering signature cuts, delicious sides and an unforgettable châteaubriand dinner for two.
Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining will serve the following weekly selections:
June 1 through June 7
- Grass-fed ribeye steak served with Maytag bleu cheese and a choice of side; $43.
June 8 through June 14
- Bone-in prime rib chops with grilled portobellini mushrooms and a choice of side; $65.
June 15 through June 21
- Prime New York steak served with Madagascar peppercorn sauce and a choice of side; $43.
June 22 through June 30
- Châteaubriand dinner for two served with béarnaise and bordelaise sauces, bouquetière of vegetables and croquette potatoes; $75.
