Celebrate National Train Day and World Cocktail Day May 13 with Monorail and High Roller Observation Wheel
This Saturday, May 13, marks the confluence of two annual days of celebration: National Train Day and World Cocktail Day. The Las Vegas Monorail and the High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel located at The LINQ Promenade, will provide a perfect pairing of activities offered at a special value to commemorate the day in fitting fashion.

Guests can easily access the High Roller via the Monorail at its Harrah’s/The LINQ station.

The first 100 visitors to present their High Roller ticket or receipt at the Harrah’s/The LINQ Monorail station ticket office will receive a souvenir Las Vegas Monorail travel cup. Meanwhile, anyone can receive $5 off a 24-hour unlimited-ride pass by entering the promo code TRAIN at any Monorail eTicket Kiosk or online at lvmonorail.com and spend National Train Day exploring all the dynamic destinations located along the Monorail’s 4-mile route spanning the Las Vegas Strip.

At the High Roller box office, show any Monorail fare card or receipt and receive $5 off Happy Half Hour. This festive experience allows guests to enjoy a 30-minute ride inside the climate-controlled High Roller cabin with an open bar and private bartender serving up wine, beer and other select spirits. Each High Roller cabin accommodates up to 25 guests and offers 360-degree views of the Strip, which make superb photo opportunities guests will love sharing with friends.
