The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
serves as the ultimate destination to ring in 2012 on the Las Vegas Strip this New Year’s Eve. Legendary artist, songwriter, musician and producer Stevie Wonder headlines the celebration, which begins with various opening acts at 9:30 p.m. inside The Chelsea

A second New Year’s Eve party starts at 10 p.m. at the Boulevard Pool and offers revelers a live viewing of Wonder’s performance on The Cosmopolitan’s Strip-side 65’ digital marquee as well as premium views of the midnight fireworks.

Mayer Hawthorne & The County takes over Book & Stage from 10:30 p.m. – midnight, Bond welcomes DJ Eddie Edge from 10 p.m. – 3 a.m. and The Chandelier features the unique sounds of DJ Mia Moretti & Caitlin Moe from midnight – 2 a.m. All performances at casino floor hot-spots Book & Stage, Bond and The Chandelier are free and open to the public.

Participating restaurants from The Cosmopolitan’s exclusive Restaurant Collection will offer a pre-fixe menu. Those with New Year’s Eve dinner reservations will receive complimentary admission to the New Year’s Eve party at the Boulevard Pool, beginning at 10 p.m.

Guest Parking
In preparation for the New Year’s Eve festivities, many highway entrances and exits, along with access to Las Vegas Boulevard, will be closed as of 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 31. Guests arriving after this time can access the parking facilities by heading east on Harmon Ave. via Polaris Ave. Guests will need to show concert tickets and I.D. to get through the security checkpoint. Parking is complimentary for all concert guests. In the event that the parking garage reaches capacity, guests will be directed to an overflow lot with complimentary shuttle service provided.

General admission ticket pricing for Stevie Wonder is $250 and includes complimentary cocktails throughout the show. Tickets are available online at www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com, at 702.698.7778, toll-free at 877.551.7778 or through Ticketmaster at 1.800.745.3000. Guests must be 21 or older. Entrance to the concert will be through Chelsea Commons, located on Level 4. Doors open at 9:30 p.m. The box office, located at Chelsea Commons on Level 4, will be open starting at noon the day of the show.

Tickets for New Year’s Eve at The Boulevard Pool are $40 for General Admission (L.E.T. inclusive) and are currently available for purchase in person at any concierge desk or at the Boulevard Pool entrance (3rd Floor, East Tower) the night of the show. New Year’s Eve at the Boulevard Pool is an all ages event and re-entry will not be allowed. Doors open at 10:00 p.m. and guests are encouraged to dress warmly.
