Celebrate the Año Nuevo at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Las Vegas
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, loocated in Downtown Summerlin, will ring in the New Year with live music, holiday cocktails and a complimentary tequila toast on Sunday, Dec 31. Guests may enjoy the last meal of the year with Pancho’s festive décor and live music performed by jazz artist Grant Peacock beginning at 5 p.m. on Sunday. In celebration of the 2018 countdown on the East Coast at 9 p.m., all guests can enjoy a complimentary tequila toast.
Pancho’s will open its doors on New Year’s Day with brunch beginning at 11 a.m. Selections include the delectable Huevos Divorciados, two eggs cooked over-medium separated by a beef enchilada covered with a chunky Poblano sauce and sprinkled with Cojita cheese, priced at $17.95; Machaca Guadalajara, shredded beef sautéed with tomatoes, onions and bell pepper, mixed with scrambled eggs and served with Mexican-style rice and beans, priced at $17.95; and the Especial de Cabo, chunks of chicken mixed with sautéed shrimp, genuine crab meat, onions and tomatoes blended with herbs and wine, topped with melted cheese, diced avocado and tomatoes, served with Mexican style Rice and beans, priced at $22.95.
