Celebrate the Holiday Season with Cannery Casino & Hotel

Cannery Casino & Hotel will feature a variety of Christmas and New Year’s dining specials at Waverly’s Steakhouse, Vinos Ristorante, Victory’s Café, and Cannery Row Buffet.

Christmas Day Menus

Waverly’s Steakhouse will offer a four-course menu from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

For the first course guests will be served Clams Casino. The second course, a Wild Greens Salad with a sweet and spicy Cranberry Dressing. The entrée consists of Pan Seared Diver Scallops with a side of Asparagus and Sweet Potato Mash for $31.99 or Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with a side of Morel Mushrooms, Asparagus, and Chicken Jus over Wild Rice for $25.99. Dessert is Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Vino’s Ristorante will offer a four-course menu from 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

For the first course a Tuscan and Bean Soup with Tortellini will be served. The second course guests can enjoy a Chopped Caesar Salad. The entrée consists of Chianti Beef Medallions with wild mushrooms served with a side of Parmesan Gratin Mashed Potato and Green Beans Pomodoro for $25.99 or Mixed Seafood Orchiette for $19.99. Dessert is Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Victory’s Café will offer a selection of entrees from 11a.m. – 11 p.m.

Entrée choices are Roast Pork Loin with baked apple and cider gravy served with chef’s vegetable and choice of potato for $11.99 or Baked Ham served with Vegetable Du Jour for $12.99 or Turkey and dressing served with mashed potatoes and Vegetable Du Jour for $11.99. All entrees are served with a choice of soup or salad and a choice of Apple, Pumpkin or Pecan Pie for dessert.

Cannery Row Buffet will offer a Christmas Day buffet from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. for $12.99 for adults and $10.99 for children. Specialty dishes are Roast Turkey with all the fixings, Leg of Lamb, Carved Ham, Tempura Shrimp, Orange Roughy Muenier, Braised Oxtail with Red Wine, Seafood Newburg, Green Bean Casserole, Lemon Chicken with Capers, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, Beef Steak Forestiere. Many other hot items will be served including a Mexican station, Chinese station, full salad bar, and assorted desserts.

New Year’s Eve Menus

Waverly’s Steakhouse, Vino’s Ristorante, and Cannery Row Buffet are celebrating New Year’s Eve with Society of Seven Featuring Jasmine Trias. Guests can enjoy dinner at one of these three restaurants or get an all-inclusive package that includes both dinner and a show.

Dinner and Show Package:

• Cannery Row Buffet and show $64.95
• Dinner at Waverly’s or Vino’s Ristorante and show $84.95

Waverly’s Steakhouse and Vino’s Ristorante will be serving a three-course meal from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. All entrees will be served with Bacon Cheddar Au Gratin Potato.

For the appetizer guests can enjoy Lobster Bisque Soup or Country Chicken Soup. The featured salad is Waverly’s Chopped Salad with Shrimp. The entrée consists of Roasted Strip Loin or Shrimp Scampi over Jasmine Rice or Lamb Chops with a Rosemary Glaze. Desert is Chocolate Indulgence.

Cannery Row Buffet will be serving dinner from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. for $34.95

The New Year’s Eve buffet will include a full seafood display of Crab Legs and Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters on the Half Shell, and White Shell Clams as well as a Flambé station with Shrimp scampi, Sautéed Button Mushrooms with Cognac Scallops with Vodka and Garlic Sauce, and Seared Chicken Breast with Champagne. The buffet will feature over 60 hot items including Roasted Turkey, Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, Stuffed Crab Shells, Prime Rib, and Seared Halibut. It will also feature authentic Mexican and Chinese stations along with a fully stocked salad bar.

Casa Cocina will offer a three-course meal from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. or guests can choose from the restaurants regular menu starting at 4:30 p.m.

For the appetizer Crab Nachos will be served. The entrée is Tierra Y Mar, a New York steak with chipotle spiced grilled shrimp served with cilantro green rice and mixed vegetables and grilled poblano peppers. Dessert is Tres Leches cake.
